How do I order?
To get started is very simple, just fill out our Book a Free Consultation form and click Submit. It’s that easy!
Once we receive your details, we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to get everything underway. We aim to onboard new clients quickly, but we do need to complete a few standard checks and due diligence steps before your order can be finalised.
We’ll always do our best to process your paperwork promptly and make the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible. We look forward to helping you get started!

How do I pay?
We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs. You can pay in store in full or choose to pay monthly via GoCardless using your banks IBAN, or make an annual payment and receive 10% off, along with a complimentary gift from us as a thank you for your custom.
Yearly payments can be made conveniently by card via a secure Stripe payment link sent by email. In compliance with GDPR, we never store any payment information on our systems. All payments are securely processed by our trusted payment processors worldwide.
Please let us know which payment option you would prefer, and we’ll be happy to assist. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can process your payment over the phone securely through our Stripe payment portal.

What ID documents are required?
1. One valid and in date photo ID (original will be required, where we will take a copy of same and return the original back to you)
- Driver’s licence
or - Passport
2. Two original proof of address documents (originals will be required, where we will take copies of same and return the originals back to you)
These must include:
- Irish Revenue correspondence showing your PPS Number
and any one of the following - A utility bill dated within the last 6 months, such as:
- Sky
- Virgin Media
- Electricity bill
- Gas bill
Important
- Mobile phone bills are not accepted as proof of address.
- All documents must be originals and in date.
- Photocopies are not accepted.
- Printed copies of online or electronic statements are may not accepted.
What format will the address look like?
The address will inlcude your full name, followed by our Mercury Building full mailing address.
What does the personal stationery pack consist of?
It consists of 100 A5 personal stationery note paper, with matching sized envelopes.
Personal Mailing Address accounts are available in limited numbers and are subject to our full terms and conditions of sale.
All prices exclude VAT at 23% and are subject to our full terms and conditions.
