For all recipients entitled to receive our FREE printed luxury stationery pack and business cards, we kindly request that any artwork supplied is print ready and prepared in accordance with the following guidelines:  

We request all artwork to be supplied as set out below.
These options must be set in order to achieve high quality prints.
1/ Resolution – Select High Resolution
2/ Font Embedding – Should be set to “embed all fonts”
3/ Add Crop Marks & Bleed only and always allow only 3mm’s for the bleed. Please ensure that all colour is set as CMYK and not RGB or spot, otherwise colours may vary from your original copy.

What is a Bleed?
A bleed is a border that must be added to all pictures and designs that run to the edge of the paper, so that there is no white space or border showing around the artwork. It is also important to keep all text/wording at least a minimum of 10 mm’s away from the edge of the design and the trim/cut line to prevent any part of the artwork being cut off in the finishing process.

If your artwork is not set to the correct specification with cut marks and bleed etc., our print partner will not be able to process it.

File Export Instructions – Reminder

1. Prepare your file for export.
   Make sure all content (text, images, and graphics) is finalised and ready for submission.
2. Export your file as a PDF.
• Choose PDF as the export or save format.
• Ensure the file is high resolution (suitable for print or professional use).
• Check that all fonts and images are properly embedded.
3. Review your PDF.
• Open the exported file to confirm that all elements appear correctly.
• Verify there are no missing fonts, low-quality images, or layout shifts.

After you join and are approved by our compliance team, we will email you a PDF outlining the required format, sizes, and settings.

Important Note:
KCD Capital Partners has outsourced the printing of all print orders at no additional cost to its clients under its FREE offer agreement. This arrangement does not apply to print ready artwork. All printing is fulfilled exclusively through a third party supplier, and KCD Capital Partners does not carry out in any way the printing and the design of artwork through its own offices, which remains the client’s responsibility and cost.

It is extremely important that any print ready artwork supplied has been fully proofread by you. KCD or its print partner does not perform any proofreading or checks of any kind, and therefore any typographical or content errors that appear once your order has been printed remain entirely your responsibility.
