How do I order?

How do I pay?
We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs. You can pay in store or choose to pay by card via a secure Stripe payment link sent by email or over the phone securely through our Stripe payment portal. In compliance with GDPR, we never store any payment information on our systems. All payments are securely processed by our trusted payment processors worldwide.

What I.D. are required?
1. One valid and in date photo ID (original will be required, where we will take a copy of same and return the original back to you) Driver’s licence or Passport
2. Two original proof of address documents (originals will be required, where we will take copies of same and return the originals back to you) These must include:
A utility bill dated within the last 6 months, such as: Electricity bill, Gas bill, Bank statement
3. Your Student ID
Important Note:
- Mobile phone bills are not accepted as proof of address.
- All documents must be originals and in date.
- Photocopies are not accepted.
- Printed copies of online or electronic statements are may not accepted.
How long does the whole process take?
The service is generally quite efficient, but the processing time ultimately depends on whether you have all of your documents in order.
What format will the address be?
The address will inlcude your full name, followed by our Mercury Building full mailing address.
What items can I receive?
Our student address mailing service is rented to you on the basis that we can accept on your behalf, letters, packets, and parcels.
Student Mailing Address accounts are available in limited numbers and are subject to our full terms and conditions of sale.
All prices exclude VAT @23% and are subject to our full terms and conditions.
