1. Agreement

By ordering our services, you agree to these Terms. A contract is only formed when we confirm your order in writing.

2. Services

• Services depend on your requirements and availability.
• We may refuse or cancel orders if necessary (e.g. compliance checks or operational issues).

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown before VAT (unless stated).
• Payment must be made in advance (monthly or annually).
• Late payments incur a €50 monthly fee.
• Some fees and deposits are non-refundable.

4. Using Our Services

• Services are provided with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee they will always be uninterrupted.
• We may suspend services if:
• Payment is overdue
• Required documents are not provided
• Operational or technical issues arise

5. Mail & Address Services

• You may only use our address while your subscription is active.
• All mail and deliveries are handled at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for loss, delays, or damage.
• Storage limits apply (typically 30–60 days). Items may be destroyed after this period.
• Extra charges apply for forwarding, storage, and additional names.

6. ID & Compliance (Legal Requirement)

• You must provide valid ID and proof of address.
• We may verify your details using third parties.
• If you do not provide required documents, we may suspend or cancel services without refund.
• We are legally required to report suspicious activity to authorities.

7. Cancelling Your Service

• You must give at least 30 days’ written notice.
• Early cancellation may include additional fees.
• Any eligible refunds are processed within 30 days.

8. Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel services:

• With 14 days’ notice, or
• Immediately for non-payment or breach of terms

9. Liability

• We are not responsible for:
• Business losses or lost profits
• Lost or delayed mail
• Service interruptions or third-party issues
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

10. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

11. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in line with GDPR and Irish law. Data is only used to provide services and meet legal obligations.

12. Address Services (Important)

• Registered office service is for official/legal mail only.
• Services require full compliance and an active subscription.

13. General

• Irish law applies.
• Any disputes are handled in Dublin courts.
• Office visits are by appointment only.
